We held an internship program for university students.

From Monday, August 4 to Friday, August 8, 2025, we conducted a five-day internship at Asahi Metal Industry's Anpachi Plant for third-year university students.

Through observing manufacturing processes and hands-on work experience, participants learned about the flow of manufacturing.

​

 

Interactions with young employees, including discussions about job satisfaction and job hunting, provided an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the industry.

​

 

Participating students shared, “We were able to experience the joy of manufacturing and feel the passion and dedication of the people working there, making it a very fulfilling time.”

＜For Freshmen to Juniors＞ Job Fair: Job Hunting Prep Edition [Nagoya: 10/12 (Sun)] | [Re-Shukatsu Campus (formerly: Asagaku Navi)]

As part of the new employee training for the 2024 and 2025 graduating classes, we visited Chubu Centrair International Airport. We received a lecture from the division head on the history of aircraft and the development of the aviation industry, providing an opportunity to learn how the parts we handle connect to aircraft.

 

Following this, they toured the “Flight of Dreams” exhibit, experiencing the Boeing 787 aircraft, which our company is involved in manufacturing, up close. It was impressive to see them become completely absorbed in the fascination of aircraft, actually entering the cockpit and interacting with the exhibits. Through this training, they gained an understanding of the history of the aircraft industry and the role our company's technology plays, making it a valuable experience that further deepened their pride in manufacturing.

We held an internship program for high school students

From July 22 (Tue) to 24 (Thu), 2025, we held a three-day internship program for high school students at Asahi Metal Industry's Anpachi Plant.

 

On the first day, participants learned about the company, toured the factory, and studied safety and hygiene.
In the manufacturing experience, they used proprietary software also used in aircraft parts to create a program for nameplates and observed the manufacturing process. Additionally, they performed deburring, sanding, and name engraving using a vibrating pen to complete their original works.  

 

On the final day, we concluded the internship with a presentation and sharing session where participants shared their learnings and reflections from the three days with company employees.  

 

Through this experience, we believe the high school students gained an appreciation for the “joy of manufacturing” and the “importance of safety.”

Our company will be closed for summer vacation during the following period.

We conducted a factory tour at the Kyoto South Factory.​

​After explaining about the company, we will show you around the actual manufacturing site.

Visitors were able to see the usual work environment and equipment up close and get a feel for the atmosphere on site.

During the question and answer session with employees after the tour, we received many questions about specific job duties and what it is like to work at the company.

​

Factory tours are available at any time at the Gifu Anpachi Factory and Kyoto Minami Factory!

The “Asahi Kinzoku Group Recruitment Information Page” has been updated.

​

 

We are now accepting entries for 2025 graduates, pre-entries for 2026 graduates, and career recruitment entries.​

Asahi Kinzoku Kogyo exhibited at the “Gifu Kagamihara Aerospace Museum” event.

We explained the manufacturing process of Asahi Kinzoku Kogyo's ribs and gave visitors a hands-on experience of non-destructive testing.

​

Many visitors came to our booth, and it was an opportunity for them to learn about our company. 

From Tuesday, July 23 to Thursday, July 25, there was a 3-day internship program for high school students.

On the 1st and 2nd days of the internship, students learned about the manufacturing process of aircraft parts and created their own original smartphone stands.

On the last day, they made a presentation of what they learned during the three days and held a debriefing session for the people who taught them.

On Friday, July 12, 2024, five new graduates and high school graduates who joined us this year also participated in the “Joint Company Information Session for High School Students”.

 

About 20 people visited our booth and we talked to them about our usual work and how we work.
