We specialize in high-efficiency machining of wing components for commercial aircraft and structural parts for defense aircraft using advanced high-speed horizontal 5-axis machining centers. Our facility is equipped with Makino a61 and a82 systems featuring multi-pallet changers, enabling continuous, high-volume production with extreme precision.
In addition to milling, our in-house capabilities include high-precision turning and grinding to provide complete component manufacturing.

Manufacturing of Medical Accelerators
As a strategic expansion of our aerospace surface treatment expertise, AK specializes in the manufacturing of medical accelerators. Our core strength lies in ultra-high purity (99.9%) copper electroforming. This specialized process delivers exceptional material properties, including extremely low impurity levels, superior electrical conductivity, and high vacuum compatibility—essential requirements for next-generation medical technology.
