In the aircraft parts manufacturing industry, where there are a lot of specialized shops per each operations, we have achieved an integrated production from whole process planning, machining, milling, turning,surface treatment, painting, and assembly with contorling every step.
We conduct rigorous and highly qualified inspections for each of processes so that we can keep on satisfying with our customers' requests with high-intergrity products.
Machining
We use our high-speed horizontal 5-axis machining center to process the main wing components of civil aircrafts and the fuselage structural parts of defense aircraft, as well as perform highly efficient machining using the A61 and A82, which are equipped with multi-sided pallets.
Lathe, polishing, grinding etc. are also carried out by ourselves.

Special process
Total special processes are available in Asahi Kinzoku Kogyo Inc. just with one order.Non destructive testing, shot peening, surface treatment and painting are efficiently produced and this links to our high-grade products and a stable delivery performance.

By combining processes from machining and special processes to assembly, we are able to provide finished products as an assembled items. We has been accomplishing an integrated production from the BOEING737 actuator assembly, the BOEING787 wing rib SUB assembly and C-2/P-1 torque tube assembly SUB assembly.

Design/Production of surface treatment equipment
We can design and manufacture equipments and production line for surface treatment based on our technology for approximately 40 years of experience in special process business. We can propose truly efficient productional equipment supported by our actual experiences complied with Nadcap certifications.
Medical accelerator production
We manufacture medical accelerators as an offshoot of our surface treatment work for aircraft equipment. In particular, copper electroforming work for 99.9% pure copper is a special work that has excellent properties such as low impurity content, high electrical conductivity, and ultra-vacuum properties.
